Shipping

All shipping is done via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with Priority Mail. We will do absolutely everything possible to mail out your order within three business days.

Free shipping applies to purchases of $100 or more with delivery to any of the 50 U.S. states.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, money orders and checks drawn on U.S. banks.

For personal check orders, items will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank.

To ensure accuracy in filing orders, we do not accept orders over the phone.

Sales Tax

Orders placed within the state of Tennessee will have sales tax added. International orders (outside the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases and your experience with Pappy's. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. However, the items must be returned in the same state in which they were sent. Do not wash, cut, etc. if you are unhappy with a fabric. Cut fabrics are non-refundable. Returns must be received within 20 days of the shipping date of your order.

All sale items are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on books or patterns out of respect for the designers and potential copyright issues.
